Web-based Training for Administrators

The SNHC by EPMC project’s Web-based Training Series for Administrators, previously exclusive for SNHC by EPMC eligible organizations is now open for public access.

About the Project

The Supporting Networks of HIV Care by Enhancing Primary Medical Care project (SNHC by EPMC) is a national technical assistance and capacity building project.

The overall goal of the project is develop, improve, and expand comprehensive HIV primary medical care and treatment service delivery to racial/ethnic minority communities severely impacted by HIV/AIDS.

To achieve this goal, the project seeks to provide eligible primary medical care sites with services free-of-charge using the following three methods:

SNHC by EPMC is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)’s HIV/AIDS Bureau, through the Minority AIDS Initiative.

The project is led by the CAEAR Foundation (CF) in partnership with the Academy for Educational Development (AED), and the National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC).

The project is being extensively evaluated to assess its impact on the development, improvement, and expansion of high-quality HIV primary medical care for people of color.
