General Eligibility Criteria
Evaluation
Completion of an evaluation following each web-based training is highly encouraged as it enables the SNHC by EPMC project to monitor participant feedback and modify the content as needed. However, completion of an evaluation is mandatory for those participants seeking CEU or CME contact hours/prescribed credits.Upon receipt of a password to access the web-based training moduile, an evaluation link will be emailed to you. This electronic link will connect you to the evaluation survey to access upon completion of the web-based training module. Once you have logged on to the evaluation site to complete the evaluation, be sure to indicate your discipline, as this will determine your eligibility for CME or CEU contact hours.
